Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our car rental service. By booking a rental vehicle, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period & Extensions

The rental period starts at the time of vehicle pickup and ends at the scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with the same. Any shortage will be charged at current fuel rates plus a service fee.

3. Mileage Limit

Each rental comes with a predefined mileage limit. Exceeding the limit will incur additional charges per kilometer.

4. Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• A valid driving license is required.
• International customers must present a passport and International Driving Permit.

5. Payment & Deposits

Payments must be made in advance. A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned upon vehicle inspection.

6. Vehicle Usage Restrictions

Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities. The renter is responsible for all fines incurred.

7. Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance is included. In case of damage, the renter may be liable for repair costs unless covered by additional insurance.

8. Accidents & Breakdowns

In case of an accident, notify the rental company immediately and file a police report. Emergency support is available 24/7.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a refund. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

10. Termination of Agreement

The rental company reserves the right to terminate the agreement if terms are violated.
